No. We use a pure water pole-fed system and work entirely from the ground, so you do not need to be in. We notify you the morning of your clean.
Pure water is stripped of all dissolved minerals by filtration. It cleans glass without leaving spots or streaks when it dries, unlike tap water.
On your service day a live map appears in your account showing where your crew is and an estimated arrival time. Tracking is only active while your crew is on their route.
Your service day is set by your BT postcode district. Each district has one dedicated service day. When the first booking is made in a fresh district, that day is anchored for everyone in that area.
Log in, open your upcoming bookings and select Skip. With more than 48 hours notice there is no charge and your regular schedule continues as normal.

If your windows have not been cleaned professionally in over 12 months, a one-off first-clean surcharge applies. It is shown in your quote before you book and is not charged on later visits.
Bookings are advance-only with a minimum of 2 days lead time. After your first clean your recurring schedule is set automatically.
