Terms of Service

1. Service provider

These terms govern your use of the DPMNI window cleaning service provided by Diamond Property Maintenance NI (DPMNI Ltd), Office 3:01, Innovation Factory, 385 Springfield Road, Belfast BT12 7DG. Registered in Northern Ireland.

2. Service description

DPMNI provides recurring pure-water window cleaning for residential properties across Greater Belfast. Service is available in confirmed BT postcode districts only. Your property is assigned to the dedicated service day for your district.

3. Booking and minimum lead time

All bookings are advance-only with a minimum lead time of 2 days. Your first clean is scheduled on the next available service day for your district at or after that lead time. After your first clean your recurring schedule is set automatically.

4. Cancellation, pause, and skip policy

Pause service

You may pause your service at any time from your account. No visits are scheduled and no charges apply while paused. When you resume, your next clean is placed on the next available slot in your area.

Skip one visit

You may skip a single upcoming visit with more than 48 hours notice at no charge. Your regular recurring schedule continues from the following visit. Skipping with less than 48 hours notice, once the crew has been committed to your route, results in the visit being charged in full.

Cancel plan

You may cancel your plan at any time with no notice period and no cancellation fee. There is no contract and no minimum term. No future visits will be scheduled or charged after cancellation.

No access on the day

If our crew arrives at your property and cannot access the windows (locked gate, obstruction, or similar) after the 48-hour notice window has passed, the visit is marked as no-access and charged in full by default. A reschedule offer will be extended. The no-access charge percentage is configurable by DPMNI Ltd at its discretion.

Reschedule

Rescheduling is offered on a best-effort basis within the geo-lock rules for your district. Your service day is fixed by your BT postcode district to keep routes efficient.

5. Payment

You save a payment card when you create your account. Your card is charged automatically after each completed visit, once your crew marks the job complete. The charge amount is the recurring price confirmed at the time of your quote, as updated by the admin pricing matrix. Server-computed amounts take precedence over any client-side display. All amounts are in GBP.

6. First-clean uplift

If your windows have not been cleaned professionally in over 12 months, a one-off first-clean surcharge of 50 percent applies to the first visit. This uplift is shown clearly in your quote before you book. It does not apply to subsequent recurring visits.

7. Liability and insurance

DPMNI Ltd holds 10 million pounds of public liability insurance. Our crew are PASMA and IPAF certified. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to windows, frames, seals, or property that is uncovered during a clean.

8. Disputes and refunds

Disputes and refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis by DPMNI admin. Goodwill credit options are available. Contact us at info@dpmni.co.uk or call 028 9560 6799.

9. Changes to these terms

DPMNI Ltd reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered customers.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
