1. Data controller

Diamond Property Maintenance NI (DPMNI Ltd), Office 3:01, Innovation Factory, 385 Springfield Road, Belfast BT12 7DG is the data controller for personal data collected through this service. Contact: info@dpmni.co.uk.

2. Data we collect

  • Name, email address, phone number at account creation.
  • Property address, postcode, property type, and bedroom count for the quote and service.
  • Payment card details (held by Stripe, not stored by DPMNI).
  • Location data during active service day routes only, solely for live crew tracking. No persistent location history is stored.
  • Service and visit records, including scheduled dates, status, and charge amounts.
  • Communications you send to us.

3. How we use your data

  • To deliver the window cleaning service and manage your recurring round.
  • To process payments via Stripe.
  • To send service notifications (confirmation, day-before reminder, on-the-way, receipt) via email.
  • To provide live crew tracking on your service day.
  • To improve and administer the service.
  • To respond to your enquiries.

4. Lawful basis

Processing is based on contract performance (delivering the service you have booked), legitimate interests (operating and improving the service), and legal obligation where applicable. Location data is processed on the basis of consent given when you open the live tracking screen during an active service day.

5. Data sharing

We share data with Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Google (address geocoding). These processors are contractually bound to handle your data securely. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Retention

Account and service data is retained for 7 years after your last active visit for legal and tax purposes, then securely deleted. You may request earlier deletion subject to legal obligations. Crew location broadcast data is not persistently stored beyond the active route session.

7. Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal data. To exercise any right, contact info@dpmni.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.
