- All BT1 to BT17 districts within Greater Belfast. Enter your address in the quote tool to confirm your postcode is served.
- Your price is based on your property type (flat, terraced, semi, detached, bungalow) and number of bedrooms. The full matrix is on our Pricing page, and the quote tool shows your exact price before you commit.
- No. We use a pure water pole-fed system and work entirely from the ground, so you do not need to be in. We notify you the morning of your clean.
- Pure water is stripped of all dissolved minerals by filtration. It cleans glass without leaving spots or streaks when it dries, unlike tap water.
- On your service day a live map appears in your account showing where your crew is and an estimated arrival time. Tracking is only active while your crew is on their route.
- Your service day is set by your BT postcode district. Each district has one dedicated service day. When the first booking is made in a fresh district, that day is anchored for everyone in that area.
- Log in, open your upcoming bookings and select Skip. With more than 48 hours notice there is no charge and your regular schedule continues as normal.
- You can pause anytime from your account. No charges apply while paused. When you resume, your next clean is scheduled for the next available slot in your area.
- Yes, anytime, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. There is no contract.
- If your crew is already committed to your route within 48 hours, the visit is charged in full. You will still receive a reschedule offer.
- Your crew will mark the visit as no access. By default this is charged in full, since the slot was allocated to your address. You will receive a reschedule offer.
- Your card is charged after each completed visit, not before. You save a card at signup and we charge it automatically once your crew marks the job done.
- If your windows have not been cleaned professionally in over 12 months, a one-off first-clean surcharge applies. It is shown in your quote before you book and is not charged on later visits.
- Bookings are advance-only with a minimum of 2 days lead time. After your first clean your recurring schedule is set automatically.
- No contract and no minimum term. Clean once and cancel, or stay on a recurring round. Your choice.
- Yes. Both are available as add-ons to your regular round or as standalone one-off bookings. Request a quote for either in the app.
- Yes. DPMNI holds 10 million pounds of public liability insurance, and our crew are trained and PASMA certified where working at height is required.
